HOT AIR OVEN

INTRODUCTION
Our hot air oven is a type of laboratory oven that uses hot, dry air to sterilize and dehydrate samples. It is commonly used in microbiology, pharmaceuticals, and other industries that require precise temperature control and uniform heating.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS-

1.Exterior body: The outer body of the hot air oven is made up of high-grade stainless steel or mild steel with powder-coated finish to provide a durable and corrosion-resistant structure.

2.Insulation: The inner walls of the oven are insulated with high-grade glass wool/Puff insulation to prevent heat loss and ensure uniform heating throughout the chamber.

3.Heating system: The heating system of the oven is comprised of high-quality heating elements that are strategically placed at the bottom and sides of the oven chamber to provide uniform and consistent heating.

4.Temperature control system: The temperature control system consists of a digital temperature controller and a thermonuclear sensor that accurately measures and controls the temperature inside the oven. The controller allows the user to set and adjust the temperature between Ambient to 250°C.

5.Sensor: High quality Temperature PT-100 temperature sensor.

6.Air circulation system: The oven is equipped with a powerful fan that circulates hot air throughout the chamber, ensuring even heat distribution and preventing hot spots.

7.Door: The oven has a double-walled door with a heat-resistant glass window that allows the user to observe the material being processed inside the oven without opening the door.

8.Shelves: The oven has multiple S.S. 304 Wire mess shelves that can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate materials of varying sizes.

9.Safety features: The oven is equipped with safety features such as over-temperature protection, door interlock system, and a safety thermostat to prevent overheating and ensure safe operation.

10.Power supply: The oven operates on a 220-240V AC power supply and requires a dedicated electrical circuit with appropriate circuit breaker protection.

11.User manual: The hot air oven comes with a user manual that provides detailed instructions on installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment.
